The Vestry is the governing body of the parish.  Members are elected by the congregation. They oversee the financial and physical plant needs of the parish as well as the total ministry needs of the parish.  Contact any current vestry member is you are interested in serving on the vestry.


 

The Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer take care of the day-to-day financial concerns of the parish. The treasurer, Kristin Wood, pays the bills and keeps the vestry appraised of the parish's overall financial situation on a monthly basis. The Assistant Treasurer, Lynda Boehm, is responsible for depositing the weekly offerings and keeping track of pledges. Contact Kristin or Lynda if you are interested in helping out with the financial side of parish life.

Sunday Money Counters:  Working in pairs, the Money Counters count the offering immediately after the 10 a.m. service on Sunday.  Contact Leslie Black.


At 2009 Diocesan Convention

Serving the Larger Church: There are many, many wonderful opportunities to volunteer in the Diocese by serving as a convention delegate from St. Paul's, being on Diocesan Council or on any number of other committees of the Diocese. Contact the Rev. Nancy Vogele for more complete information.

Kitchen Helpers: A ministry of St. Martha's Guild and open to all who want to help keep our kitchen clean and organized. A list of duties will be posted and volunteers will be scheduled on a monthly basis. Contact Judy Barwood.

The Vine: The parish publishes a monthly newsletter to keep the parish informed of events in the life of the church and its members. If you would like contribute an articles or help out in other ways, contact Dan and Dede Mackie.  If you would like your name added to the mailing list, contact the church office.
